Missing car part

I have had multiple unpleasant experiences with this garage , from no fault of my own. The most notable one being , that after a MOT was done on my car , by a different garage , the mechanic discovered a part missing from the front tyre . This was highly dangerous and negligent of L&R Motors, which could of put my safety in jeopardy. Upon returning to their garage to fit the missing part , the manager was unsympathetic, & didn't have the decency to apologise. I was beyond frustrated & disappointed. I will not recommend this garage, for the simple fact i wouldnt others to have this awful experience
