I had a double fracture and dislocation ,called for ambulance and could not wait 3 hours when they called back and so was taken to bostpital hoped past two ambulances with two drivers maybe on there break. Was denied entry by 3 security vuards even thoe I had broken ankle and lay on the floor in agony while receptionist tried to take other people i q . Finaly i got seen by triage nurse whom did not look at the i jury and pusshed me of to x ray i was then pushed in corridoore and left for over 9 hours i begged for ice and pain killers . My parnet a nurse was denied access and the receptoonist did not inform me she had been and left a phone no as i had lost my phone in the trauma. Once in the hostpital bed i had 1st class servoce. But the receptionist and triage nurse are judge and jury absalutly discusted with there decision i may have developed a blood clot in that time frame how can either of them be in that job
