Just a short stroll from the open spaces of Fryent Country Park, Birchwood Grange Care Home in Harrow has a vibrant and thriving community. Our diversity is our strength and our multi-cultural residential and dementia care home offers our residents high quality care and companionship. We have well-grounded community links with regular visits from local schools, faith groups and voluntary organisations. We take an inclusive approach to care and our staff understand the importance of residents staying physically and emotionally engaged and active, which is why we have an active and stimulating programme of daily activities.
